This scope of work outlines the renovation activities for the following departments: * Inpatient Ward * Radiology Department * Emergency Department * Intensive Care Unit (ICU). The renovations aim to upgrade finishes, enhance functionality, and ensure compliance with current standards while maintaining the operational requirements of a healthcare facility.

2-1. Painting Works: * Removal of old paint layers where necessary and surface preparation (sanding, patching, and priming). * Application of high-quality, durable, and washable paint, suitable for healthcare environments. 2-2. Vinyl Flooring Installation: * Removal of existing flooring and preparation of subfloor surfaces. * Supply and installation of anti-bacterial, non-slip, and heavy-duty vinyl flooring that meets healthcare standards. 2-3. Gypsum Board Works: * Construction of new partition walls and ceilings using high-quality gypsum board. * Application of fire-rated or moisture-resistant gypsum boards in areas where required (e.g., ICU and Radiology). 2-4. Ceiling Works: * Replacement or installation of suspended ceilings with acoustic tiles for noise reduction. * Incorporation of access panels for maintenance and alignment with lighting and HVAC systems. 2-5. Wood Paneling Works: * Installation of decorative and functional wooden wall paneling in designated areas for aesthetic enhancement. * Use of healthcare-grade, scratch-resistant, and easily cleanable materials. 2-6. Electrical Works: * Upgrading electrical infrastructure to support additional equipment and new installations. * Installation of energy-efficient LED lighting fixtures and outlets as required. * Ensuring all electrical systems comply with healthcare safety standards. 2-7. HVAC Works: * Installation or upgrading of air conditioning systems to ensure proper temperature control and ventilation. * Integration of air filtration systems suitable for ICU and Radiology departments. * Maintenance of ductwork and grilles to ensure optimal airflow and performance.

* Safety and Compliance: All materials and installations will adhere to healthcare safety standards, ensuring a safe and sterile environment for patients and staff. * Quality Assurance: All work will be executed with high-quality materials and skilled workmanship to ensure durability, functionality, and aesthetic value. * Coordination with Operations: Renovation work will be coordinated with hospital administration to minimize disruptions to ongoing operations, especially in critical areas such as the ICU and Emergency Department.
