Project Description:
The Belgravia Towers Project involves the excavation, construction of the concrete structure, and completion of internal and external building works. All tasks will adhere to the required specifications and meet the highest quality standards.
Scope of Work:
1. Excavation Works:
• Carrying out excavation operations as per the project’s approved plans.
• Preparing the site to ensure stability and suitability for foundation works.
• Ensuring compliance with safety regulations during excavation.
2. Construction of the Concrete Structure:
• Building the reinforced concrete framework, including foundations, columns, beams, slabs, and staircases.
• Adhering to all structural and engineering specifications.
• Implementing rigorous quality control measures throughout construction.
3. Internal Building Works:
• Executing all interior finishes, including walls, floors, ceilings, and partitions, as per the approved design.
• Installing mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems (MEP) according to engineering standards.
• Ensuring high-quality materials and precision in all finishes.
4. External Building Works:
• Completing the exterior façade using specified materials (e.g., cladding, glass, or stone).
